Elevations and floor plans are fundamental to the proposal and help visualization of the proposed scheme and develop final CAD working drawings. After final approval of the schematic design, we will develop floor plans, elevations and other related items in greater detail. Colors and finishes will be refined, furniture, fabrics and equipment will be selected and cost estimates prepared. The resulting design will be presented to you for review, revision and final approval.
